Illustration has always been a passion of mine because it offers a unique outlet for creativity and expression. It is a freedom from the routine of professional life and a chance to explore my artistic voice. Color theory plays a significant role in my work, using bright, analogous color schemes for my cartoonish styles. I bring these digital works life with acrylic hand-painting on various surfaces, from canvas to skateboards. I also employ pencil/ink techniquesin my work, using hatching to define depth and shading. Humor often weaves through my work, reflecting social events or ideas I feel compelled to express.
